- Prices start from 19,200 for a monthly one hour session (with 10% sales tax included) to 33,000 yen for two monthly session subscription plan. Clients may choose from 1 - 10 sessions monthly for use for themselves and their team.
- Payment Method : Payments are made by Debit or Credit Card or wire transfer.
- Bank Account : Details are provided to customers
- Payment Due Date : Automated credit and debit Card deductions for the following month are made on the 27th of every month. Your credit card billing date may vary depending on the credit card company. Wire transfers are also due by this date.
- Costs outside of normal fees 代金以外の料金その他お客様の負担
- There are no other costs outside of membership and bank transfer fees.
- In the case of bank transfers, you would have to bear the wire transfer costs.
- Period of Service サービスの提供時期 You are able to use our service after the payment through the aforementioned means has been confirmed. Advisory / Mentorship session credit last for 6 months and can be used even after terminating the contract.
- Return Policy 返品特約 We do not accept returns nor give refunds.
- Contract Termination Policy 退会方法 : Customers may terminate the contract from the following month by sending an email message to the email address above by the 27th of the previous month.
- Credit Card Information クレジットカード情報取扱い We do not store customer credit card information
- Software Usage : An internet connection and a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device is required for taking our advisory / mentorship sessions through the platform Zoom.
